In this 2 hour workshop you and your partner will first be guided through a gentle partner yoga class. Yoga can be a challenge for some but we will provide lots of support and options to make it possible and fun for everyone.

In the second half of the workshop you will take turns giving & receiving an easy to learn massage perfect for people without any experience. You don’t have to be an expert in order to produce great results.

What is Thai Massage?
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is form of massage that feels like having Yoga done to you. It uses techniques such as muscle compression, joint mobilization, acupressure, and passive stretching. The massage is performed without the use of any oils or lotions while the client wears comfortable loose clothing.
