About the class: 75 minutes
Classes start with a guided meditation and breathwork to land into your body and the presence.
We then warm up our joints and muscles with some light stretches. We then proceed to asanas which include seated and standing, forward/backward bends, twists, side angles and balancing poses, which aim to bring flexibility and strengthen the physical body and to create space and harmonise the energy flow.
The class is ended with a 7 minute Savasana to reset the system and process the exercises.
I have been practicing yoga for some years now but it was during my teacher’s training in Sweden (Yoga Alliance 300hrs) that it became a lifestyle choice. I am inspired by ancient Yogic texts, Ayurveda, Shamanism, Kundalini and Yin Yoga and the effects and benefits for a healthier, happier life using the tools of meditation and yoga.
Classes will be taught in Spanish on Mondays 10:30 -11:45 and in English on Wednesdays at 11:15 - 12:30
